My partner and I recently made the exciting leap from Sweden to Australia and are embracing the adventure of building a new life Down Under.

When I’m not playing beach volleyball, getting lost in a book, writing, or gaming, I work as a project manager in the built environment.

Secretly, I dream of the day I’ll hold my own published novel in my hands. Right now, I’m pouring my heart into my first NA fantasy trilogy, Legend of Enunta, with plenty more sci-fi and high fantasy ideas bubbling away in the background.

Our patio is magical. It has pretty views over the canal and there are so many different animals keeping you company. I love seeing all the rays swimming past, some cruising, some taking naps on the sand just below the surface, some stressing like they are trying to cross an intersection before the yellow turns to red. All the birds flying past or just hanging out singing (or screaming). The water dragons, our friendly (but loud) geckos at night, the invisible bull sharks (I hope I get to see one one day). But so far, I think this little big guy takes the price for the absolute best company on the patio to date. Springbrook National Park, Warrior Circuit including Twin Falls and countless other waterfalls 😍 Part 2. Springbrook National Park, Warrie Circuit including Twin Falls and countless other waterfalls 😍 Part 1. Winter and Summer solstice, or was it the other way around? 🥳 Celebrating Midsummer at the same time as Christmas is truly upside down 😅 Winter sunsets from Rainbow Bay Lookout, looking out over central Gold Coast 🥰👌 Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary definitely is a magical place ❤️ Rainbow Bay Lookout and Beach in south Gold Coast (Coolangatta) as well as Snapper Rocks. I'm thinking that one day, I will also be as cool as these surfers, hanging out with dolphins and whales in the big blue! 🐳🐬🏄‍♀️ Sunrises over the ocean are pretty amazing! 🥰 I've never seen a moonrise like this. Slowly creeping up above the horizon, getting more and more intense in the color. And to be able to play beach volleyball on the beach as it happens. Magical! 🥰🏐🌕
